Why we started
It started with a frustrating drawer
Like most kitchens, ours was full of knives that looked fine and worked poorly — dull within months, awkward in the hand, built to a price. We wanted one set we'd reach for every day, that felt good to hold and held its edge. When we couldn't find it, we made it.
