Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. The package should be undamaged.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please contact us before making a return. Include your order number and photos of the item you would like to return so we can document and review the request. Please do not send your purchase back before your return request has been approved.

Return shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time before the refund is officially posted.

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us before sending anything back.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
